Why is the crown on the top of our head soft?

Science calls this area fontanelle, a 'soft spot' of a newborn baby's skull. It is important for the normal growth and development of the baby's brain.
Being supple and tender, it is elastic and flexible. Thus, the skull can expand in size, giving the baby's brain more space to grow and develop rapidly.
Science says that the bigger the brain size, the greater its capacity and capability to be aware and conscious of itself as well as to be creative, resourceful, ingenious, and talented, abilities that are not normally present in subhuman species.
This is why, unlike the chimpanzees, we have progressed from tree-dwellers and scavengers to become scientists, astronauts, astronomers, cosmologists, cosmonauts, nurses, doctors, engineers, and so on.
Over the years, as we grow in age, this soft spot in our skull gradually hardens and calcifies. But it is still in us on the same spot. Try to feel it with your index finger. It’s in the area extending as a line dividing our right and left-brain hemispheres.
It can still be softened and opened by constantly utilizing it for the benefit of all the other chakras or energy centers within us. Ancient teachings have it that this is the Crown of Life through which the Eternal Life of Source passes through us if invoked.
It is associated with higher consciousness, spirituality, and enlightenment. By opening ourselves up to the spirit of life, we begin to learn and understand our true purpose.
It is the Crown Chakra that is able to trigger in us a sense of our own divinity and the awareness that we are a soul in a human body. It serves as the cosmic umbilical cord that connects us directly to Source. It is the gateway and portal through which we receive spiritual guidance.
When the Crown Chakra is open, we may experience an increased sense of inner knowing, synchronicities, and a stronger connection to our intuitive guidance.
The Crown Chakra is the best area to begin with in our search for healing, guidance, and spiritual growth.

Without the infusion of the personality of Source, our Consciousness would remain asleep, dormant, and inactive. To all intents and purposes, the Real Self is dead and useless, while paradoxically alive.
Yes, dead physically but spiritually very much alive. Only, it cannot do anything to animate and enliven the body, mind, and brain because the connecting link is totally blocked by all kinds of negativity and toxicity that have calcified after eons of accumulating karmic debts.
The individual is unaware that her or his soul is already entombed in a cement six feet below the ground. Yes, dead amidst the flickering light within the heart.
And what are these blocks?
These blocks are deeply emotional, lying in the heart as well as in the subconscious and unconscious parts of the brain all of which need no reason to survive and remaining unable to realize that one is dead.
On the contrary, these individuals live under the delusion and pretext that they are very much alive and kicking and have all the power to excite the body into action. At least, better than the Zombies.
From the perspective of the spirit realm, the heart and subconscious/unconscious can only be hallucinating and fantasizing.
And what are these emotional blocks?
These emotional blocks are now well known to us. They can paralyze, disorient, and confuse us in moments of crisis and tribulation, especially when we are on our deathbed.
The major ones include fear, worry, and insecurity that only bring the individual deeper into states of depression, frustration, resentment, anger, chaos, panic attacks, and so on that have remained unresolved despite repeated incarnations.
The individual is entangled in a vicious cycle of continually accumulating karma and endless reincarnations.
The reptilian brain is anytime ready to attack in order to survive and protect itself. It lives on constant fear—fear that it is being watched by a predator, preyed upon, and becoming so paranoid about anything in life.
Only Source can awaken our petrified consciousness. Allow the crown chakra to do its work and mission freely.
