What We Are Not

Profiling a Mind Controller

1. If you are the Mind Controller, you are able to invade and control other people’s minds any time of the day or night. You can download or impose freely your beliefs and commands on others.

In order to do this, you must be good at mental telepathy, aura reading, or telekinesis, and able to effectively influence other’s lives for good or bad since you see everything inside the person unobstructed.

You can even be a control freak in a demonic way or a protector and guide in a benevolent manner. As a spirit, your energy is able to easily attune to the frequency and vibration of the minds of others.

2. If you are the victim of the mechanisms of the Mind Controller, you are no longer in control of your own thoughts, feelings, and behavior. For your entire being has already been drugged into following the dictates or designs set by the Mind Controller.

You have become simply a puppet, a piece in the game of chess, whether you are taking the role of a pawn, knight, bishop, rook, queen, or king, whose moves are already set and even controlled by the puppeteer.

3. You can also be both the Controller and the Controlled. This is even more fun and exciting… triple-mind personalities. Let’s not ignore this probability because this can also be you or me. Let’s try to examine and reflect on this.

Is this possible at all? Of course, it is possible, although one type may be more dominant than the others.

So, which personality would you prefer to nourish and build up? How will you avoid those that are not aligned with your frequency and vibration? How would you react if confronted by any of the above intruders?

Any Takers?

Only the individual can respond to these queries. The ultimate yardstick is the effect they have on you personally. What does it make out of you? Is it making your life good or bad? Is it contributing to your physical, mental, and spiritual growth?

Note that from the cosmic perspective even what appears to our mind as bad or evil can metamorphose into something good if we are able to tap it as an opportunity to do good.

Answers to these questions require that you go beyond the minds and charms of the Controller, Controlled, or both so you can look at the whole scenario from a cosmic perspective, without being distracted, blocked, or carried away by the dynamics of the 4-D, lower-level density of the three earthly mind personalities.

If it is making your life good and pleasant, then, congratulations. You are able to manage yourself. You are the captain of your soul and the master of your fate. Or, close to it.

If you're ok, I'm ok!

You feel like you're ok and everything out there is also ok. But it's not ok.

Look what’s happening in the world around us. you. Little wars are sprouting in every corner of the globe. Poverty and hunger are worsening. Everybody, especially your leaders, is only concerned about their own nefarious interests. They don’t care about your life. The world around you is not ok.

Look what’s happening within you. Feeling insecure, depressed, worried, frustrated, angry, resentful, judgmental, grumbler, unhappy. You can neither deny nor ignore these.

You don’t want these kinds of emotions. Nobody wants them including your family and friends. But they’re inside you, ready to explode anytime. In the meantime, they’re repressed, weakening your physical, mental, and spiritual health.

And you don’t know how to deal with them. You sleep more, eat more, Netflix more, Malling more, party more. No, you’re not ok. You only pretend you’re ok. Sorry.

And let’s not heed to self-proclaimed therapists saying that it's ok not to be ok. No, it’s not ok if you’re not ok.

Something is wrong with us and the world around us. Realizing and accepting that we’re not okay, rather than surrendering to it, is the first step towards transforming our situation. The second step is to do something about it. And all this starts in us. Nobody will start it for us.

My God, Why Have I Forsaken You?

By Christian standards, I am no longer a full-blown Catholic believer. I believe in reincarnation, which is taboo to the Catholic Church which believes only in resurrection. I don’t believe that our earthly life is a one-time or one-act endeavor such that bad souls are immediately thrown to hell and condemned for all eternity.

What kind of God it is if it has no qualms in sending its so-called unworthy children who failed in their earthly lives to the fire of hell? Is it not supposed to be a loving than a cruel God? Even parents will not do this to their children, even if they are all prodigals.

I am reminded of the parable of the prodigal son (Luke 15:11-32, Matthew 18:15-35). The message of Jesus is very clear. Sinners as we all are, deserve another chance (not only a second chance but maybe a million or billion chances) and a continuing lease in planetary life until we reach our final destination.

I believe that Jesus, Buddha, Krishna, and Mohammad are all Messengers of Source. But they are highly evolved souls that if Source is living in the 12th dimension, they must be somewhere close to it, maybe in the 9th, 10th, or 11th dimension.

But this is also true in our case. We all came from Source; we are Energy; we are light beings. The God Source is within us; Its Kingdom is in us. We share all its power, nature, and attributes, although to the extent that our finite, low-level, 4-dimensional density can accommodate.

However, everything in Source is within us, even as a grain of sand encapsulates Source. Some of its divine aspects are already manifested in us, while others are still to be realized through our own persistent efforts.

All of us are a reflection and mirror of Eternal Source. It is through us that we continue the design and plan already set by Source from the very beginning of time.

We are Compassionate Source at work on this planet, including all the other planets in the different galaxies of the entire Cosmos. But, in order to elevate our status to the higher dimensions, we must continually raise our level of vibration and energy so we can become closer and closer to the realm of Blissful Source.

Regardless of our beliefs, we have not forsaken Source. We are reaching out to Source.

"Excuse Me": But For What and Why?

Paul J. Dejillas, Ph.D.

Time will come when we will no longer say: "Excuse me!". For this oft-uttered expression simply means imploring others' understanding and forgiveness for the misdeeds you might have caused them.

Instead, we will learn the alternative way of excusing others for what they might have done to us. For there must have been some circumstances, we don't know, that have caused them to commit some dastardly acts.

This way we show our understanding and sympathy for what others are doing. This way, we will never express our, disgust, and anger with them, be it in our thoughts, feelings, or actions.

In the same manner, we will no longer have to say "Sorry" again.

It’s worthwhile trying to learn how to never say “Excuse me” or “Sorry” again.

External Impositions

Paul J. Dejillas, Ph.D.

At the launching of my book last Thursday, December 6, at the Asian Social Institute, I said that the evolution of our life is like a printing press. We started as a clean sheet of paper, a tabula rasa, as in nothing at all.

But as we grew and matured, indelible ink was impressed on us, on our ways of thinking, feeling, and behaving that blackened our spirit that was once pure and unstained by any impurities.

This external intrusion, we swallowed hook, line, and sinker and became our norms for relating with our family, neighbors, community, village, town, city, all the way up to our society, nation, and the entire world.

We have acquired social norms and standards that adversely affected and continue to destroy our surroundings--the subhuman species, the plants, flowers, animals, butterflies, the honeybees, the bacteria, the earthworms that fertilize the soil, the air, water, fire, and all those elements that animate and sustain us.

As we evolve, our life has become colorful. The black ink is still there. But our life has become a sheet with all the colors brought about by the rainbow that appeared after the Great Flood. And we feel all the more happy and comfortable in life.

Yet, we all the more forget why we are here, what our role is in the family, in our place of work, and our society, and our role in relation to our environment. As a result, we have totally missed our target and destiny in life, happy for what we have become, which really we are not.

At the book launching, I also said that we were all Ph.Ds., a degree granted to us by the school and attested to by the Commission on Higher Education. But the doctoral degrees we hold are just mere clothing, put on as a veneer that hides our real Self, our real being and essence.

But we interact with our families, friends, and neighbors as nobody, but our bare Self. My experience showed that it is more meaningful to be a nobody than somebody.

People open themselves up to me freely as they really are. When I am introduced to them as a Ph.D. holder, they tend to be reserved and respectful, hiding their real Self and giving me responses and answers they think I expect.

I learned, however, that eating with them, drinking with them, dancing with them, playing with them, living with them, and interacting with them as nobody is more effective an approach than giving them seminars, and workshops, and letting them fill up my numerous already prepared research instruments.

Then, why did I still pursue my doctoral degree? I really don't know. I did not plan for them. Neither did I expect to finish them.
